Elevate Human Services strengthens the people who support others every day. We provide professional development, leadership coaching, consulting, and educational resources for direct support professionals, supervisors, managers, and human services organizations. Our work goes beyond checking a training box. We connect policies and standards to real workplace situations, strengthen communication and leadership, and create environments where all employees feel prepared, valued, supported and inspired to serve.

Fola brings approximately 20 years of human services experience, beginning as a Direct Support Professional and advancing through management, leadership, and residential leadership roles. Her early years learning the work shaped the leader she is today-because no experience is wasted; every challenge is part of the learning curve. Having worked on the floor and in leadership, she understands staff challenges and founded Elevate Human Services to provide guidance, honest conversations, and meaningful support.
